By this application, the applicant seeks early hearing of the appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 961 of 2015. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that out of the sentence of 7 years, the applicant has undergone imprisonment for 4 years for the offences punishable under Section 489B and 489C.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed.
