Having heard the learned AGP and the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the civil application is allowed and the time-limit for the Director of Education to decide the matter is extended upto 30 April 2015. No further extension shall be granted 2.

The observation that no further extension shall be granted is made in view of the statement being made by Mr. S.S. Pakale, learned counsel for the writ petitioner that the personal hearing has already been taken place before the Director of Education and the Director of Education is only required to pass orders in the individual matters.
