The Petitioner is challenging the demand notice dated 2 August 2021 issued by Grampanchayat Valkhed. The impugned demand notice dated 2 August 2021 is not placed on record and what is placed on record is the copy of demand notice dated 21 May 2021. The copy of response dated 6 August 2021 is placed on record.

The repeated absence of the counsel for the Petitioner, led us to form an opinion that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for default.
