By the above Writ Petition a direction is sought to conduct a necessary inquiry against the Respondent No.2. The Petitioner's complaint dated 26/02/2018 is annexed to the above Writ Petition at Exhibit A. We direct the Superintendent of Police, Thane Rural, Shri Shivaji Rathod to personally look into the said complaint of the Petitioner as also the allegations made in paragraph 15 of the above Writ Petition, inquire into the same and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within six weeks from date. In view of the aforesaid directions, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of.
