The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking direction against the Respondent nos.1 to 4 to pay final claim amount of Rs.89,17,29,242/- (Eighty Nine Crores Seventeen Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Two Only) to the Petitioner within particular time.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that now he received instruction from his client to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to move before the Mohite 1/2

9 wp2712-21.odt Committee for same cause of action. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. Hence, the following order is passed:

a.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move before the Committee for same cause of action.

b.

Committee to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 03.08.2021 as early as possible, but in any case, within 12 weeks from today and inform the decision to the Petitioner in writing.
