1) Heard. These are applications seeking modification of the order dated 16/01/2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court no. 2, Vashi. Applicant herein has been enlarged on bail in R.C.C. No. 1573 of 2016 and ism

2 919.133.17 appln 1524 of 2016 by the learned Magistrate on the condition that applicant shall furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in custody. That it is not possible to furnish a single surety for an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. Order granting bail would become infructuous. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the order as follows. Clause no. 2 of the order dated 16/01/2017 passed in R.C.C. No. 1573 of 2016 and 1524 of 2016 stands modified as follows.

O R D E R

(i) Applicant shall furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount in R.C.C. No. 1573 of 2016 and 1524 of 2016 in each of the cases.

(ii) Applications stand disposed of.
