The Petitioner in his Application dated 24.01.2019 seeks transfer to Ratnagiri Special Prison in view of his long incarceration in prison.

Learned APP, after taking instructions, submitted that the Petitioner was transferred to Yerawada Central Prison on 05.05.2019 i.e. after he had made the aforesaid Application. In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed and does not subsist. 3.

Hence, Writ Petition is disposed of.
