This application is moved for condonation of delay of about 100 days in filing the present Appeal. The applicants/original claimants have filed the Appeal for enhancement of the amount of compensation. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company opposes the application. However, as the Insurance Company has filed a separate Appeal challenging the very Judgment and Order dated 15-5-2012, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vasai, for the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the application, the delay of 100 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
