By consent, the impugned order passed by the Additional Commissioner dated 08.06.2020 is quashed and set aside. The Revision Application is remitted back to the Additional Commissioner for deciding the same afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The parties undertake to appear before the Additional Commissioner on 27.08.2021 at 11.00 a.m. Revision Application may be decided expeditiously.
