Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Office remark shows that the respondent is duly served. However, none appears for the respondent. Applicant has preferred Family Court Appeal for challenging the decree of dismissal of the Petition filed by her for seeking divorce. The averments made in this application have not been controverted by the respondent by filing a reply. Taking the averments as correct, existence of sufficient cause is made out.
