Heard. This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed vide order dated 3.12.2014. The applicant was granted pre-arrest bail vide order date 3.12.2014. The applicant was directed to attend the police station on first and 3rd Monday of each month till the filing of the charge-sheet.

The applicant herein has filed Criminal Writ Petition No.953 of 2015 seeking the relief of quashing of FIR. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this

Court (Coram: A.S.Oka and A.A.Sayed, JJ) had directed the petitioner to implead the first informant as party-respondent No.2. It is further observed that If the charge-sheet is not yet filed against the petitioner, till today, the same shall not be filed till the next date without seeking leave of the Court. In view of this, the charge-sheet is not yet filed. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that the applicant has taken up a job at Pune at KEM Hospital as medical social worker and she is residing in Pune. In view of this, the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by the order dated 3.12.2014. 4.

Taking into consideration the fact that the conditions for attendance was imposed only till filing of the charge-sheet. The Hon'ble Division Bench has stayed the filing of the charge-sheet during the pendency of Criminal Writ Petition No.953 of 2015. The condition needs to be relaxed/modified.

O R D E R

(i) The application is party allowed.

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on first Sunday of each month between 10.30 am. to 12 noon and co-operate with the investigating agency to the best of her capacity.

(iii) The applicant shall furnish her address at Pune, the cellphone number and the landline number to the Investigating Officer. The application is allowed in the above terms and the same stands disposed of.
