Perused records. It appears that Notices issued through Bailiff to Respondent No.1 and 3 returned unserved with remarks "Not residing at the given address 8 to 10 years ago, hence pasted on door" and "incomplete address, hence Notice returned" respectively. Moreover, R.P.A.D.

Notices issued to Respondent No.1 and 3 are returned unserved with postal remark "intimation posted on first address and not known on second address" and "Incomplete address" respectively.

The addresses mentioned in above Notices are similar addresses mentioned in Appeal Memo and also in Judgment of the Lower Court of the Hon'ble City Civil and Sessions Court at Greater Bombay.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent Nos.6 and 7 by way of Publication in daily Newspaper "Navshakti" and "Free Press Journal".

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 6 weeks.
