Perused the FIR and the reply. Perused the provisions of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He had absolutely no intention to commit such an offence nor the Petitioner had tried to commit such offence. We observe that all these issues shall be considered at the stage of the trial. Learned APP on instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in the court, states that statements of the other girl students are also recorded.
