In the order dated 06.02.2018 while disposing of Writ Petition No. 1630 of 2018 the Respondent No.1 was directed to defer taking possession of the flat in question for the period of three weeks inasmuch as the Chairman, DRAT, Mumbai was on leave and was available only after 16.02.2018.

We are informed that the Chairman, DRAT, Mumbai has extended his leave and will be available after 12.04.2018. The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the Petitioner is merely seeking extension of time of the protection granted in the earlier Petition. 3.

In the circumstances, we direct that the Respondent-Bank shall defer taking possession of the flat in question until 18.04.2018. 4.
