1] This is an application seeking early hearing of the Appeal in view of the order dated 22nd January, 2018, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court giving liberty to the Appellant to pray for early hearing of the Appeal pending before this Court and once such prayer is made, this Court is requested to hear the Appeal as expeditiously as possible. 2] However, it is pointed out that the Appeal is yet not ready for hearing, as the private compilation of the documents is not filed. 1/2
