Respondent No.5 appeared in the matter and volunteered to refund the amount of Rs.24,610/- by a cheque bearing No.200048 dated 11.08.2015 drawn on Bank of Maharashtra handed

WP 3788-13.doc over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner towards refund of fees as that was the prayer apart from the challenge to the whole procedure. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, therefore, in view of refund of amount, and on instructions not pressing the Petition.

The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. No costs.
