The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.329 of 2023 registered at Badlapur East Police Station, on 27.12.2023, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 and 427 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned APP, on instructions of the investigating officer, makes a statement that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the present applicant in connection with this offence. The statement is recorded. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application.
