The Applicant/Original Appellant prays that the order dated 6th March, 2014 passed by the Registrar (Jud.-II) of abatement of Appeal against Respondent No. 6 is to be set aside.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that at the relevant time, he did not have details of legal representatives of Respondent No. Vishal 1 / 2

7-caf-2355-2014.doc 6 who died and now he has obtained the information and prays for setting aside the said order of abatement of Appeal against Respondent No. 6. He submits that he was not aware and therefore he wants to seek permission for publication to obtain the information.

The learned counsel for the Respondent is present.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the order dated 6th March, 2014 is hereby set aside and the applicant is directed to take steps in respect of bringing of legal representatives of the deceased/Respondent No. 6.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
