DATE : 13 JULY 2015 P.C. :- 1] In CRA No. 630 of 2009 decided on 10 July 2015, orders of eviction made against the respondent in the present writ petition, by both the trial Court as well as the appeal Court, have been upheld. 2] This petition seeks eviction of the respondent from the very premises, however on the ground of bonafide requirement. 3] At this stage, the present petition, would not survive. However, in case, there is any further order from the Apex Court in the context of the decision of this Court dated 10 July 2015 in CRA No. 630 of 2009, the petitioners herein would be at liberty to seek revival of the present writ petition.

4] With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
