Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned AGP for the State, we deem it fit and convenient to dispose of these writ petitions by directing Respondent No.2 to dispose of the proposal submitted by the PetitionerTrust/College, being dated 24th November 2015, for approval to the transfer of teachers from unaided junior college to the aided junior college as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Writ petitions stand disposed of. 2.

It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matters and Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said proposals on its own merits.
