In view of pursis Exh.82 dated 26th October, 2018 preferred by the petitioners before the Lower Appellate Court, the writ petitions are not pressed and accordingly disposed of. 2.

Needless to clarify that the findings recorded by the Appellate Court are based on rival pleadings in a prayer for grant of temporary injunction. That being so, said findings cause prejudice while deciding the suit claim on merits.
