DATE : 12 MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- 1] By order dated 13 January 2015, this matter was directed to be placed for orders under the caption of 'dismissal'. On 20 January 2015, a detailed order was passed in the matter of non-compliance on the part of the petitioners. However, an additional opportunity was granted to the petitioners to take steps in the matter, subject to payment of costs. It was made clear that in case costs are not paid, then the petition shall stand dismissed without necessity of any further orders from the Court. On 16 February 2015, leave was granted to the petitioners to take fresh steps to serve newly impleaded respondent Nos.4 to 6. The records indicate that the amendment has been carried 1/2

2] Today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioners.
