Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Manoj Chalake, Police Inspector, Kurar Police Station, Mumbai and Assistant Investigating Officer of C.R. No. 80 of 2020 submitted that, there is no substance in the allegations made by Petitioner in his Petition. That, as a matter of fact, Petitioner when lodged in jail on 11th February, 2020 had on telephone threatened Ajit Kamalaprasad Singh and demanded ransom of Rs.5,00,000/-.
