Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, submitted that, as per the Guidelines of 2010, the Petitioner has been placed in category 2(c). That the Petitioner will be released from jail after completion of 26 years of his sentence including remission and as per her instructions, the said period would come to an end on 2nd December 2023.

In view of above, nothing further survives in the Petition and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
