P.C.:- By an Order dated 13th March, 2018 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that in furtherance of the Order dated 13th March, 2018 the Applicant has deposited the entire amount of Rs.7,44,000/- in the Registry of this Court. The note put up by the Registry mentions that the Applicant has deposited the entire amount in the Registry within stipulated period.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 13th March, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend 1/2
