During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned Order dated 1st February 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, below Exh.211 in Sessions Case No. 980 of 2015, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise his contention with respect to reliability of evidence of prosecution witnesses at the time of arguments in the said trial.
