1] This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No. 50 of 2019 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Learned APP, on instructions from the Officer who is present in the Court, submits that so far the Applicant has not been implicated as an accused. The investigation in relation to the aforesaid FIR is in progress. It is submitted that in the event any incriminating evidence is found against this Applicant and the police intends to 1/2

3] Learned APP, however, on instructions submits that the Applicant may attend the Police Station for the purpose of inquiry. 4] In this circumstances, the Applicant is directed to attend the L.T. Marg Police Station on 7th March, 2019 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. In the event, the police intend to arrest the Applicant in connection with aforesaid FIR, 72 hours prior intimation in writing be given to the Applicant.
