Mr. Utkarsh Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the order impugned in the Writ Petition is the rejection of approval to the post of Junior Clerk, however, he states that by subsequent order dated 13th August 2021 of the Education Officer, the approval has been granted. He, therefore submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
