Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the order dated 24th July, 2014, passed by this Court (Coram:Abhay M. Thipsay,J.) in Criminal Bail Application No.1333 of 2014, in particular, para 7 of the order, inasmuch as, it directs the applicant to report to the Amboli Police Station on every alternate day between 6.00 p.m., to 8.00 p.m., till the disposal of the case against him. The modification of the order sought

2/3 reads as under ;- "7.

.....that the applicant shall report to the Amboli Police Station on every alternate day between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., till the disposal of the case against him." 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been diligently attending the concerned police station, since 24th July, 2014 and has produced records of his attendance. 4.

Learned APP does not dispute the same. However, she submits that considering the fact that the applicant is from West Bengal, his attendance is necessary.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 24th July, 2014, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1333 of 2014 is modified and para 7 will now read thus ; -

ORDER

i) The applicant shall report to the Amboli Police Station on the first Sunday of every month between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m, till the disposal of the case against him, instead of on every alternate day between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., till the disposal of the case against him ;

3/3 ii) The rest of the conditions imposed vide order 24th July, 2014, to remain as it is.

The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
