The cause for invoking the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is in view of the fact that the stay application filed by the Petitioner has not been considered by the Revisionary Authority i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation Government of Maharashtra. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 Mr. Prabhune draws this courts attention to the notice dated 21-3-2017 issued by the Section Officer of the said Department intimating to the Petitioner that the matter is kept for hearing on 30-03-2017 at 3.00 p.m. In view thereof, the Revisionary Authority is directed to hear and decide the stay application filed by the Petitioner within two weeks of 30-32017 i.e. on or before 13-4-2017. Till the stay application is decided, the order of disqualification passed by the Commissioner of Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies dated 19-1-2017 would stand stayed. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
