Heard Mr. Dilip Khandve, the Applicant who appeared in person.

He points out that despite efforts, he has not been able to serve Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 10 and 11. He fairly states that now he has obtained a fresh address of Respondent No. 11. He further states that by way of abundant caution, he may be permitted to serve these Respondents by substituted service i.e. by publication in daily news paper Daily Prabhat.

Taking into consideration, the averments in the Civil Vishal Parekar 1/2

15-cra-523-2018.doc Application, the same is allowed in terms of paragraph No. 6(a) which reads thus:

The order be passed that, the Notice of said Civil Revision to said Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 be published in Daily News Paper i.e. Daily Prabhat, Address Narayan Peth, Pune - 411 030.

In addition to the aforesaid, the Applicant is granted opportunity to serve Respondent No. 11 on the new address. 5.

The returnable date for the purpose of service shall be 10th April, 2019.

The Applicant to file affidavit of service along with copies of newspaper publication.

Civil Application No. 107 of 2019 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
