Heard Mr. Rathod, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1. In the course of argument the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, has submitted that in addition to Rs.8 lacs deposited before the Sessions Court, the applicant is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.12,75,000/- within a period of four weeks. The statement is accepted. It is made clear that the time to deposit the amount will not be extended in any circumstances.

In the light of the said statement, with consent of both parties the impugned order is modified accordingly.
