It is an application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, seeking transfer of Petition No.117/2021 from the Family Court, Jalna to the Family Court at Pune. The applicant is the wife of the non-applicant.

Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicant. 3.

Mr. Dinesh Vilas Patole, non-applicant is present in the Court. He has filed an application stating that, he has no objection for transfer of Petition No.A-171/2021 from the Family Court, Jalna to the Family Court at Pune. It is at Exhibit-X-1 . "

Thus, the application is allowed.

Learned Judge, Family Court, Jalna shall ensure that the petition is transferred to the Family Court at Pune, within five weeks from today.

Parties to the petition shall appear before the Judge, Family Court at Pune on 18 th November, 2022.
