The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner is Project Affected person. The Petitioner applied for the alternate land the same is not yet considered by the Respondents. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all Respondents. 3.

In case the proposal (Page No.36) of the Petitioner is pending with Respondent No.3-The Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Satara, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
