Since one of the grounds on which the acquittal is based is that the cheque in question was not presented for payment within a period of six months from the date on which it was drawn; and since the learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that this conclusion arrived at by the trial Court is wrong, there does not seem to be any fault in the order of acquittal.
