3] In case, application is filed by the Petitioners for allotment of alternate land and the same is pending with Respondent No.3-The Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Satara, District-Satara, the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months from today.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
