This is an application received through jail for expeditious trial of MCOC Special Case No.8 of 2012, which is pending before the Special MCOC Court, Mumbai. The learned APP has placed on record copy of the judgment dated 18.12.2015. Perusal of which reveals that the said MCOC case has already been disposed of and the Applicant herein has been convicted and under going sentence in Mumbai Central Prison. In view of which the application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
