This application is preferred by the original claimants for withdrawal of the entire decretal amount with accrued interest thereon. It is submitted that in view of untimely death of deceased, applicants require some amount for their maintenance.

Considering needs of the applicants, they are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation as deposited by the 1/2

50 1074 OF 2016.doc Insurance Company in the Tribunal, subject to furnishing usual undertaking, but without insisting on any security. 3.

If the amount as deposited by Insurance company is not invested in any nationalized bank earlier, then after allowing withdrawal as above, the Tribunal to invest the remaining amount in any nationalized bank initially for a period two years and thereafter to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
