The present Petition is fled for the following relief:- "[A] Be pleased to issue a writ of habeas corpus and writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ and thereby direct the Respondent police to immediately rescue victim Ritu Pahuja from the custody of Respondent No.4 Salman Dilvar Shaikh and to hold the enquiry in respect of said incidence. "

It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the victim has rescued herself and returned back. 3.

In view thereof the prayer clause does not survive. 4.

Hence, Writ petition stands disposed of.
