P.C. :- This is an Application sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for his release on bail on account of the illness of his parents. It appears that the Applicant had filed Criminal Application No. 1321 of 2014 which was withdrawn after arguing for some time, at the request of learned Counsel for the Applicant therein. The hearing of the Appeal was expedited.

In the present case, the grounds which have been urged before us for seeking the release of the Applicant 1/2

APPA 341.15.sxw cannot be considered as grounds for release of the Applicant on bail. The Applicant may, if so advised, file appropriate application before the Authorities seeking his release on parole. In the event, an Application is filed by the Applicant, the Authorities shall decide the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as is possible.

However, since the hearing of the Appeal was expedited and the paper-book has been received, we direct that the Appeal be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place on the board from 8th June 2015. 4.

Application is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
