By this review petition, the Petitioner seeks recall of the judgment delivered on 18th January 2023 on the ground that there are erroneous findings recorded by this Court in the said judgment. The Petitioner seeks to re-argue the entire matter on merits. No error apparent on the face of the record is pointed out by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Review Petition is thoroughly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
