It is not possible for this Court to countenance the relief which is sought by the Petitioners by way of the above Petition, namely, that all the FIRs (those registered and those which would be registered in future) should be clubbed together and investigated by one agency namely, the Crime Branch, Nashik. However, if the police in Mumbai or Thane require the presence of the Petitioners in any inquiry, which they propose to conduct, pursuant to the complaint which has been made against the Petitioners, the Petitioners would be noticed in that regard under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
