This is an application for setting aside the order dated 09/12/2016 passed by the Registrar Judicial-II refusing registration for the Second Appeal for non removal of office objections within the time granted. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the applicant that at the relevant time, the applicant appeared in person. He was not aware about the procedural aspect and, therefore, the objections could not be removed within the time granted.
