This application is moved by the applicant/accused Dinesh Wayse praying for Narco Test of the eye witnesses and the victim in the case. He also prayed for bail as he is falsely implicated in this case.

By an order dated 22nd June, 2015 the learned Advocate Ms. Bajwa was appointed as an amicus curiae. Today she is present. The learned prosecutor informs the Court that the trial of this accused i.e. Sessions Case No. 275 of 2011 is part heard before the learned Sessions Judge, Pune. The learned prosecutor on instructions from the investigating officer who is present in the Court makes statement that as on today 11 witnesses are Vishal 1 of 2

In view of this the application stands disposed of, as the trial is proceeded.
