This is an application seeking modification of the condition (b) of the order dated 20th March, 2013 on the bail application, by which the applicant came to be released by this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant informs that the trial has not yet commenced even after ten years and therefore it is compulsory to attend the police station as directed by this Court once in fortnight. 3.

Learned APP has not seriously objected the prayer and, as such, the condition in clause (b) of order dated 20th March 2013 passed 1 / 2

sg 37.ia864-21.doc by this Court on the bail application is relaxed. Rest of the conditions in the order will continue to operate.
