This is an application for condonation of delay of 515 days in preferring the appeal challenging conviction under Section 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and resultant sentence imposed on the applicant/accused.

Heard both sides.

Perused the application. It is seen from averments made in the application that the applicant is resident of Nepal and he is having no relatives in India for taking care and preferring the Gaikwad RD 1/2
