2 The Petitioner is aggrieved by the freezing of Petitioner's bank account. A communication has been received by the Petitioner from the concerned bank on 28 December 2019. As per the governing provision, the attachment can be for a maximum period of one year.

3 The learned Counsel for the Respondents seeks time to take instructions as to the present position. 4 Stand over to 8 February 2023. To be listed under the caption 'For Directions'."

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the period of attachment of one year is over and Respondents have already communicated the said fact to the concerned bank and thereafter, attachment is not continued.
