1 This Arbitration Petition is filed under Section 11 (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Sole Arbitrator. Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that Shri Justice S.R. Sathe, former Judge of this Court, be appointed as Sole Arbitrator. In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri Justice S.R. Sathe (Retd.) A-802, Ruturang Apartments, Behind Paranjape School, Kothrud, Pune-411 038, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
