This is an application for modification of order dated 19th June, 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1092 of 2018. The applicant is prosecuted for offences punishable under Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. The proceedings are pending before the concerned Court vide CBI special case No. 55 of 2017.

While granting bail, the applicant was directed to attend CBI, ACB Mmbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the applicant has complied the said direction and he has

The charge-sheet was filed and the case is due for framing of charge. The applicant has been attending trial Court regularly. It is further submitted that the applicant had served notice to CBI about date of hearing of this application. The applicant has also filed affidavit about service of the application to the respondent. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the condition to attend stipulated in order dated 19th June, 2018 by this Court in Bail Application No. 1092 of 2018 directing the applicant shall attend CBI, ACB Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. stands relaxed.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
