None appeared for the petitioner on 8.9.2015. By an order dated 17.1.2014, this Court (Smt. Sadhana S. Jahdav, J.) had passed an order that the pendency of the Writ Petition shall not be construed as a stay to the proceedings in C.C. No.33/S/2003 pending before the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon, Mumbai. The same order was again passed by this Court on 14.2.2014. The proceedings are of the year 2003. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.
